| Q. Can we rent the accommodation just for a holiday? |

| No not really. We have set up the accommodation to help
seekers who are looking for property in Spain. We discovered
when we first came to look for property in Spain that
there was a lack of accommodation and advice. We try to
help seekers should they require it, to find their ideal
property. |

| Q. Would you be able to recommend Estate agents, solicitors
Banks etc? |
|
| Of course. However, we make it a rule not to specifically
recommend individuals unless we have dealt with them personally.
We can point you in the right direction but the final
decision is yours. We do not receive and do not request
any remuneration or commission from anyone you may deal
with. All our advice and experiences we share for free. |

| Q. Once we have decided on a property, can we book your
accommodation at a later date to visit our property or
complete arrangements etc? |
|
| Yes of course. We have made many friends who have revisited
us several times whilst waiting for the various legal
and construction work to be completed. |

| Q. Do I need to hire a car? |
|
| It is strongly recommend you hire a car at the airport.
Although we are only 15mins away from Gandia. We are located
in the mountains and you need a car to get around. Most
Estate agents will take you around to view properties,
but you may wish to explore on your own and for this a
car is essential. |

| Q. How far away are you from the Airports? |
|
| A. We are about 45mins drive from Valencia and about
1hr 15 mins. Drive from Alicante. |
|
| Q. Can we be picked up from the airport if we want to
hire a car locally? |
|
| This can be arranged. However, it will obviously entail
a cost to you. |
|
| Q. Are there any Restaurants or bars within the area
should we decide to eat out? |
|
| There are numerous excellent Restaurants and bars in
the area. Some within walking distance and some further
a field in local villages. Gandia, being a large town
also has a considerable amount of eating-places. |

| Q. How far are you from the major roads? |
|
| We are near (10 mins drive) from the main A7 toll road,
which runs along the coast from Barcelona to Alicante
area. It is a very efficient road and not as busy as English
motorways. There also is the N332, which is the national
road and runs parallel to the A7. |

| Q. Do you have a booking cancellation policy? |
|
| We have Tried to ensure that we make our Cancellation Policy as flexible and fair as possible. We realise that you may want to change your travel dates - even at the last minute, or that you may have to cancel your travels - due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that we do not charge any cancellation fee for booking requests in progress. However once your booking is final, i.e. we have sent the required confirmations to the email address provided during your booking process, our Cancellation Policy applies.
If we receive your notification of cancellation or booking amendment request more than 21 days preceding your check-in date there is no cancellation fee. If cancellation is less than 21 days the fee will be 50% of the accommodation for the duration of your entire stay, or in case you stay the minimum required nights (three) the full amount will be charged. If the cancellation is less than 7 days before check-in date the fee will be 100% of the duration.
You may submit your notification of cancellation by email or by fax. Please be advised that we will not accept any cancellation requests by phone. Cancellations must show your email address you originally used to make your booking. We will then confirm your cancellation.
Cancellations are ONLY valid if you receive an email from us confirming receipt of your cancellation. If you have submitted your cancellation and do not receive our confirmation of receipt by email do contact us IMMEDIATELY.
A deposit of 50% of the fee for the duration of the stay for 7days or more is requested before the accommodation is confirmed. For less than 7days duration, the full amount for the accommodation is required. Deposits are requested by cheque in Sterling or Euros. Further details can be obtained when the reservation is completed. |
