| The accommodation is on the ground floor
and part of the main residence. It is completely self-contained
and private with independent access, new and comfortably furnished:

Comprising of one bedroom - twin beds, W/C & shower room
plus kitchenette fully equipped for self-catering, with lounge/dining
room. It has a TV, video player and CD player. There are numerous
various board games and books available. The kitchen has a
four plate cooker hob, microwave oven, all cooking utensils
and fridge.
The garden contains a large swimming pool usable in the summer
months, with separate access to the property and easy parking.
A welcome courtesy food pack is provided on arrival. Towels
are supplied.
Sleeps 2 adults (under certain arrangements it could accommodate
small children as well).
Minimum stay 3 days, and a deposit is required on booking.
